The normal life span of a human being should be at least over 100 years but with the modern lifestyle many of us don’t even live 80 years. It should be noted foods rich in anti-oxidants which help you to stay fit by improving the functions of brain and the eyes. Calcium helps women to have stronger bones and foods which have amino acids help men to improve immune function. It also increases the hormone levels in men.

People can also take supplements as an anti-aging food. There are numerous supplements that are available which can help us in terms of anti-aging. It should be noted the supplements can boost your energy and are available depending upon the age. For example, an aging woman would need high calcium to prevent bone loss and may take one to treat it.
