When we get older, we become unenergetic and we slowly stop our normal activities like Walking, Swimming or even playing our favorite game like Tennis or badminton. This is not due to our aging. This is because we don’t regularly exercise and take foods which are high in nutrition. A proper diet accompanied with a good fitness helps you to stay healthy as you age.
The best of the exercises is walking. It helps the circulation of blood throughout the body. Instead going for the elevators in the office we can spend a few minutes on the stairs.
Jogging improves our fitness and stamina. It also improves our cardiovascular fitness.
Cycling gives you fresh air and a sense of freedom to the mind .It strengthens legs and thighs. We should choose the bike which does not have a heavy pedal and also we should cycle at an even speed.
The one exercise which improves the efficiency of the heart, lungs and circulatory system is aerobics.
Swimming helps all the parts of the body. It is usually relaxing because the body moves easily when floating in water.
The other exercises which we can consider are playing Squash, Tennis or any other outdoor games which would help you develop good leg muscles and strengthens the other body parts.
We should have good guidance while exercising. When exercising wrongly it can give undesired results and can cause aches and injuries. We should also take nutritious and well balanced diet.
