Most of the men worry about hair loss which plays an important role to their appearance. On the other hand, women are worried about excess hair or local growth in certain parts of the body is unwanted and undesirable. When a razor is used to remove the hair it temporarily makes the hair disappear but leaves the shaved area feel coarse. Hair removal is also done by electrolysis where a needle with an electric current is inserted into the hair follicle for about a minute. This is a time consuming process and is not much preffered.

Exercise
When we get older, we become unenergetic and we slowly stop our normal activities like Walking, Swimming or even playing our favorite game like Tennis or badminton. This is not due to our aging. This is because we don’t regularly exercise and take foods which are high in nutrition. A proper diet accompanied with a good fitness helps you to stay healthy as you age.
The best of the exercises is walking. It helps the circulation of blood throughout the body. Instead going for the elevators in the office we can spend a few minutes on the stairs.
Jogging improves our fitness and stamina. It also improves our cardiovascular fitness.
Cycling gives you fresh air and a sense of freedom to the mind .It strengthens legs and thighs. We should choose the bike which does not have a heavy pedal and also we should cycle at an even speed.
The one exercise which improves the efficiency of the heart, lungs and circulatory system is aerobics.
Swimming helps all the parts of the body. It is usually relaxing because the body moves easily when floating in water.
The other exercises which we can consider are playing Squash, Tennis or any other outdoor games which would help you develop good leg muscles and strengthens the other body parts.
We should have good guidance while exercising. When exercising wrongly it can give undesired results and can cause aches and injuries. We should also take nutritious and well balanced diet.

The skin indicates our health condition. It needs good nourishment like other organs of the body. A person whose work deals under the sun most of the time or if he or she is addicted to smoking or drinking they would definitely have wrinkles and other effects caused due to it.
There are various techniques now being used for skin care. As there are many creams, lotions etc. easily available the choice becomes difficult. We also know that many cosmetics can cause allergic reactions so instead of running after the confusing cosmetic items we can use the following ways to take care of our skin.
Almond oil can be used to treat wrinkles. It should be noted that it may cause allergy to a few.
The extracts of aloe have anti-aging properties and vitamin E oil helps in preventing wrinkling of the skin.
Cucumber has excellent properties to treat oily skins.
We can add leafy vegetables and other foods like honey and egg which will nourish our skin.

About nails
Nails are made up of thickened protein called keratin. Our nails gives us a general idea of how our health is. To diagnose certain illness the doctor sees if there are any changes on your nails. The color of the nails indicates what the problem is. If the color is white it means you are anemic. If it is yellow it indicates diabetes or some fungal infection. Sometimes the nail may turn black if it was injured or blood is clotted
The one color which signifies the healthy nail is pink. The healthy nail will be pink in color due to the blood flow beneath it. It is very important to have healthy nails. There are a few things we can do to avoid nail infection. One tip that is mostly suggested is to clean the cuticles of your nails. This can be done by putting your fingertips in a lemon which is half cut and twisting the finger back and forth.
